A. Project Cancellation by the Client

• Before Project Commencement: If a client decides to cancel the project before the work has started, they are entitled to a full refund of any initial deposit or payment, minus any administrative fees incurred.
• After Project Commencement: For cancellations made after the project has started, a proportional refund may be issued based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. The client will be invoiced for any hours or resources spent on the project up to the point of cancellation.
• Non-Refundable Items: Fees paid for third-party services, such as domain names, hosting, plugins, or software licenses, are non-refundable as these are paid to external providers.

B. Cancellation by Byteforge Technologies Private Limited

• We reserve the right to cancel a project under exceptional circumstances, such as:
• Non-payment of invoices by the client.
• Breach of contract terms.
• Failure of the client to provide necessary information or approvals for the project.
• Illegal or unethical use of our services.
• In such cases, we will provide written notice, and refunds (if applicable) will be based on work completed at the time of cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

A. Eligibility for Refunds

• Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the project as per the agreed timeline and milestones due to reasons within our control, a full or partial refund may be issued after a thorough review.
• Service Dissatisfaction: If the delivered service does not meet agreed-upon requirements or specifications, we will work to resolve the issues. If a resolution is not possible, a refund may be provided proportionate to the incomplete or unsatisfactory work.
• Change of Mind: If the client changes their mind after project commencement, refunds will only be considered for work not yet completed and approved.

B. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Delays caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary inputs, feedback, or approvals.
• Work that has already been completed and approved by the client.
• Requests made after the project is completed and delivered.
• Disputes related to creative differences once a phase has been approved.

3. Refund Process

• Request Submission: Clients must submit a refund request in writing to [email protected] with detailed reasons for the cancellation or refund request.
• Review Period: Refund requests will be reviewed within 1 working business days.
• Decision and Processing: If approved, refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 3 working business days.

4. Third-Party Services and Expenses

Any fees paid for third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins, APIs) are non-refundable. If the client cancels the project after such expenses have been incurred, these costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

5. Modifications to this Policy

Byteforge Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our website or via email.
